A miniature Persian painting on bone depicting a hunting scene. Housed in a vintage Khatam inlaid wooden frame. Khatam is a Persian version of marquetry, art forms made by decorating the surface of wooden articles with pieces of wood, bone, and metal precisely cut in geometrical shapes.
Dimensions : 3 x 2 1/8 in., (7.5 x 5.5 cm.)
Condition : Very good. The frame has a two tiny chips on the corners.
