Original antique Dresden Saxony porcelain figurine depicting a French Musical conductor wearing the uniform of the Napoleonic wars. Finely modeled, neatly hand-painted, and highlighted with gilding. Signed in French to the base: "Chef de Musique de la Garde ." The maker’s mark is a five-pronged crown with the letter N in gold, circa 1900.
