This porcelain figurine was produced in 1949 in the US Military zone of Germany.The client was Major General Bryant E. Moore, who was superintendent of the American Army in the military occupied zone from 1949 to 1954, whose motto was ”duty, honor and fatherland ”.Hand-painted by E.
