Antique Russian wooden icon in a gilded silver oklad, circa 1880. The oklad is decorated with embossing, engraving, white and blue enamels. Presented in the original wooden case with a fitted blue velvet cushion. Russian silver hallmarks: 84, female head, three Cyrillic letters SKZ (Sergey Karlovich Zakharov, the owner of silver and chased establishment, mentioned at the end of the 19th — the beginning of the 20th century).
