Antique Kornilov Brothers porcelain plate decorated with a hand-painted view of the Triumphal Gate at Tverskaya Zastava in Moscow, after Félix Benoist (1818-1896). The rim with a red outer band between gilt borders, and crowned monogram "S" (probably for the Stroganovs family). The manufacturer’s marking is of the Kornilov Brothers Factory is on the verso. 1884 – 1917.
Dimensions: D: 10 1/4 in., (26 cm.)
Condition: Overall condition good. Light wear and minor scratches.
