Mikhail Fyodorovich Larionov (Russian/French, 1881 – 1964) oil on canvas laid on board painting depicting a street scene with a fancy-dressed woman in a white outfit. Dated from the early 1900s. Signed in Cyrillic at the lower right: "M. Larionov." Mikhail Larionov was an avant-garde Russian painter who worked with radical exhibitors and pioneered the first approach to abstract Russian art.
Dimensions: 8 5/8 x 7 1/4 in., (21.9 x 18.4 cm.)
