Silver badge "Red Cross". Along the rim the inscription in Church Slavonic reads as follows "Love your neighbor as yourself." This badge was awarded "for the merits rendered to the cause of humanity for the Red Cross Society during the period of hostilities and during social disasters", as well as "for long and useful activities for the Society in peacetime" or "for a major donation to the cause of the Red Cross, but not less than 5000 rubles".
