A set of two creamers and one sugar bowl with a lid made of silver and gilded silver in the style of Kubachi. Kubachi is a locality or a town in Russia, in the area called the Republic of Dagestan. The style and methods go back to the 10th century when Kubachi was the center for silversmiths and silver-inlaid weapons. Even with many hardships through the centuries, the town is holding on to their 1000-year old traditions and the older silversmiths have been teaching the next generations all along. Weight: 2 creamers: 11.7 oz., 330 gr. Sugar bowl: 8.1 oz., 230 gr.
