This fine Russian lidded goblet is made of gilded silver, decorated with niello, hand chased and engraved floral motifs, miniature relief flowers and two convex medallions, one is engraved with a monogram "WK." Mid-19th-century. Hallmarks: 84 silver standard, crossed anchors for St. Petersburg, maker’s mark "S.W, " possibly for Friedrich Wilhelm Sengbusch. Weight: 15.5 oz., 440 gr.

Condition: Very good.
