An antique American Red Cross color halftone photomechanical poster print showing U.S. Marines engaged in battle in France, as well as it shows a badge listing battle in which the Marines fought, with the following lettering: Put fighting blood in your business! Here is his record! Does he get a job! Designed by Dan Smith (1865-1934), and published and printed by Thomsen-Ellis Company, Baltimore and New York, between 1918 and 1920. The poster is promoting veterans for employment.

Condition: Very good, some folding and minor edge tears
