Rare 18th c. Indian shishpar battle mace with khanda sword hilt. An early example used by warriors for breaking through armor. This mace features a 7-flang steel head mounted on the well-balanced steel shaft decorated with inscription. A large Khanda sword hilt, some chiseled artwork around the broad guard and at the base of the large pommel spike designed to be used as a two-handed grip at the battle. Powerful and very battle-efficient weapon of early Hindu and Muslim warriors.

Condition: Very good, some visible rust and patina
