Fine and Rare Zaghnal War Hammer, India, late 18 cen. The massive curved blade is long finely fullered and with a thickened armor piercing tip. It is forged as one piece with two petals curved to the sides and a small spike on the back. A long, faceted blade is hidden in the steel handle. The head and hilt are covered with fine silver koftgari. The iron sheath for the point has been preserved in the set.
Dimensions: L: 22 7/16 in., (57 cm.)
Condition: Very good, some nice patina.
