An antique Indo-Persian steel hand-forged ceremonial axe or a taba, with a spike and a bow-shaped blade, mounted to a solid cylindrical shaft ending in a ball terminal. The blade features fine engraved foliate decorations. 19th century.

Condition: Very good.
