An antique Indo-Persian steel hand-forged ceremonial axe, consisting of a double-pointed steel blade decorated on each side with engraved foliage patterns, mounted to a haft and surmounted by a central spike. With a ball-shaped terminal to the end of the haft. 19th century.
Dimensions: L: 28 3/4 in., (73 cm.)
Condition: Very good.
