An ancient Byzantine Heraclius gold solidus coin was minted in Constantinople, 610 to 641 AD, portraying, on the obverse, the bust of Heraclius facing, wearing a crown adorned with a cross and plume and holding a cross in his right. On the reverse, there is a Greek cross potent on three steps with a mintmark below. Weight: 4.45 gr., 157 oz.
