A variation of the Lionhead sword — the "Jawless" or "Half-lionhead" where the lion has no lower jaw. Brass gilded hilt, the ribbed handle is wrapped with leather and wound with twisted wire, D-guard hilt, decorated with floral designs and military paraphernalia, laureled horn on one langet and military paraphernalia on the other langet, single-edged blade decorated with bluing, gilt and etching, leather scabbard with brass fittings.
