A magnificent Ottoman dagger, 18 -19 cc, with a recurved double-edged blade of fine wootz steel, with a central ridge and reinforced tip. The ricasso is decorated with gold koftgari. The handle is made of carved agate. The wooden scabbard is covered with black leather with gilt-silver fittings.

Dimensions: L: 15 in., (38 cm.)

Condition: Very good overall, scabbard leather has been repleced.
