A Russian Imperial commemorative pendant dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the 3rd Caucasian Rifles Regiment, 1856-1906. Features a red guilloche enamel medallion with a golden figured frame and surmounted by a crown. The obverse holds the shoulder straps of the regiment, the inscription for the Caucasian war on top and the coat of arms of the Georgia-Imeretia Governorate. On the reverse, in the center, there is a relief of the Order for Service in the Caucasus and the battles of the Caucasian and Russian-Turkish wars mentioned. With a suspension ring.
