An Indian forged steel weapon is a combination of a tabar axe and a zaghnal war hammer with a pronounced central ridge with a large central spike. The blade is decorated with engraved floral motifs and silver inlay in the koftgari style. 19th century or earlier.
Dimensions: L: 27 3/8 in., (69.5 cm.)
Condition: Very good, nice patina.
