A fine quality polearm type, double-headed spear "Mezraq" of Indo-Persian origin dating from the late part of the Qajar period (1789 to 1925). Wavy steel blades are decorated on both sides with highly detailed hand-engraved designs depicting a man among scrolled foliage.
Dimensions: L: 22 1/4 in., (56.5 cm.)
Condition: Very good.
