Rare Indian chainmail, 18 century. Of riveted links covering torso and arms enclosing at the front with four large breastplates fitted with four buckles extending from mounts. Four smaller side plates form a curve. The back is constructed of vertical sets of steel overlapping plates and two vertical interconnected plates on the left and right.
Dimensions: H: 27 in., (69 cm.)
Condition: Good with some rust and expected signs of wear.
