A traditional Turkish gun, distinguished by a miquelet lock, a hexagonal butt, a "ball" trigger without a trigger guard, and a long barrel held by four silver bands. The octagonal barrel dates at least a century earlier. It is richly decorated with a silver inlay and has two gold-inlaid gunsmith marks on the breech. The stock is silver-mounted. The lock is engraved and decorated with silver inlay. The barrel is rifled.All parts of the gun are original and have not been replaced or restored.

Condition: Very good, orifical ramrod.
