Japanese Army officer’s WW2 katana with a Meiji Period (1868-1912) blade was re-mounted during WWII for a Japanese Army Officer. Nagasa 25 3/8., (64.5 cm.) nagasa. in polish with hamon and visible hada, koshirae in shin-gunto mounts complete with brass tsuba, fuchi, kashira, engraved brass menuki and brown silk tsuka.
Dimensions: L: 38 in., (97 cm.)
Condition: Very good, blade may need polishing.
