Early SS officer’s sword, made by E.u.F HORSTER SOLINGEN (marked on the ricasso) with silver-plated brass for use by the SS prior to the design of unique swords for their own use. All parts are tight, the "ruby" eyes are in place, and the mane, crossguard and hand guard retain their original detail and finish. The black grip is intact, the silver wire is tight. The eagle and swastika on the crossguard are in their original condition.
