Lot 232:
Two-Hand processional sword with flamberge or flambard flame-blade, the blade has three marks just before the parrying hook, long ricasso, crossguard in typical form with large rings to either side of center and two wide quillions with protruding leaves and opposing turned ends, grip later carved in wood and with polished fleur de Lis applique in brass, pommel in ovoid form with carved grooves and taper to the bottom.
Dimensions: L: 69 1/4 in., (176 cm.)
Condition: Very good with minor signs of wear.
