German porcelain plaque depicting a gypsy girl in a red kerchief holding her arm around a birch tree. Signed lower right, Proscholeit, the reverse inscribed, "Zigeunerin, after Tischendorf." Housed in a carved giltwood frame. Features illegible incised marks to the reverse.Circa 1900.
