Finely inlaid with silver Indian Bidri hookah base of a typical bell-alike shape, resting on a wide, circular, curved base, rising to narrow shoulders and a ringed cylindrical neck. The exterior is decorated with highly detailed silver-inlaid floral arrangements with hand-engraved details. This piece is a very fine and remarkable example of the skills of Bidri craftsmen in the 18th century.
H: 6 3/4 in., (17.2 cm.)
Condition: Very good, no dents. The silver inlay is well-preserved.
