AUCTION 43: ANTIQUE ARMS AND ARMOR
Lot 208:
A Japanese 1930s – 1940s police parade sword with cherry blossom ornament on the brass handle and wire-wrapped grip. The blade is slightly curved. The scabbard has a small dent toward the tip.
This sword was manufactured and issued to higher-ranking officers of the Police Department.

Condition: Scabbard pitted.
