A North African (Moroccan) koummya dagger with a curved double-edged blade, and carved horn hilt. The scabbard is of copper alloy decorated with engraving. A characteristic form "Peacocks Tail" pommel.
Late 19th – early 29th cc.
L: 16 3/8 in., (41.5 cm.)
Condition: Very good for the age. Minor signs of wear.
