Kaskara with fullered steel blade etched with Arabic inscriptions, straight quillon guard, leather-covered hilt with flattened pommel. Dark-brown stitched leather scabbard. This type of sword was used in battles around the Sultanate of Bagirmi in the 1890s.

Condition: Good overall with expected signs of wear.
