Lot 389:
An Ottoman miquelet flintlock rifle with an octagon-shaped Damascus steel barrel decorated with silver inlay. The dark wooden full-stock barrel is richly inlaid with traditional Ottoman Empire geometric ornament.
The barrel is late 17th – early 18th century. The stock is 19th cen.
L: 39 in., (99 cm.)
Condition: Good with minor imperfections to the stock.
