Giuseppe Tanzi currently lives in Montesilvano Abruzzo. He received a law degree from the University of Siena, meaning that he is a self-taught artist. He lacks artificial order. Tanzi prefers to align himself on an existential line with the value of anamnesis by the virtue of classic, bronze, stable chromatic backgrounds which have the meaning of representing the moods of the surrounding atmosphere. From those silhouettes comes a symbolism used as a means of excavating the unconscious-conscious experiences of man full of disturbing messages, ineffable and therefore not rationalizable. Fantasies, dreams, utopian and mysterious positions that explode in the head, struggle and then disappear leaving hieratic, lucid trails, with a touch of spirituality.
