A limited edition of 120 prints of the original oil on canvas painting titled "Thrice King (Vertical)" by Fabio d’Aroma, Italian.
The print is numbered (#24 of 120) and signed by the artist.
Each print of this limited edition series is made by the artist on a Hahnemuhle German etching paper. A signed CoA is provided with the print.
The inspiration for the Thrice King figure comes from the 1st-century AD Roman work of fiction "Satyricon" by Petronius. The figure has been in D’Aroma’s iconography for almost two decades and is one of his most iconic images.
Fabio D’Aroma (b. 1973) is a classically trained Italian artist who paints in a grotesque figurative style. All of his characters are additions to a planned 300-character frieze. Fabio has exhibited widely in the United States and Europe. Parts of his procession have been shown at the Station Museum in Houston, TX, and the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in New York City. In 2022, he opened his gallery at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Rome. In 2023 he opened a second studio/showroom at Corso Gabriele Manthone, Italy.
The print comes with the CoA.
