Giacomo Balla (Italian, 1871 – 1958), gouache on paper painting depicting an abstract Futurist composition. Titled Futur and signed "Balla" lower left. Giacomo Balla was acknowledged as the leader of Futurism. He was interested in painting aspects of modern industrial life and became one of the most original and inventive futurist artists.
L: 7.75 in. (19.69 cm.); W: 11.75 in. (29.85 cm.)
Condition: Good, small tears at the corners.
