Boris Lovet-Lorski (Lithuanian, American, 1894 – 1973), oil on canvas painting ll346, depicting an abstract nude female figure, 1930. Signed center left: "Lovet-Lorski."
Note: Sculptor and graphic artist Boris Lovet-Lorski was born in Lithuania. He studied at the Imperial Academy of Art in St. Petersburg and moved to the United States in 1920, settling in New York City. He became an American citizen in 1925.
Dimensions: 37 x 32 in., (94 x 81,3 cm)
Condition: Very good. No apparent signs of restoration.
