Lot 117:
An immaculately executed urn-style vase in striking cobalt-blue color with gilding throughout, as well as remarkably detailed depictions of all sorts of flowers and grasses through within which are fluttering moths and butterflies. Even the inside of the rim is decorated with gilt filigree and geometric patterns along its circumference. The bottom of the piece is adorned with the gilt maker’s mark of the porcelain manufacturer Kuznetsov.
