Charles Cobelle, hand-colored lithograph painting of a harbor. The painting features small boats, figures of people and birds, and various buildings. Signed lower right in pencil. This painting was later made into a lithograph.
Charles Cobelle (1902-1994) was an important 20th-century French artist and one of the last links to the Open Art School of Paris.

Condition: Very good. Minor tears at adges.
