Modeled by Vasiliy Grachev, and cast by Albert Moritz Wolff (1854–1923), a Russian bronze grouping depicting a mounted Cossack with a girl by his side. Signed A. M. Wolff in Cyrillic to the oval base.
Circa 1900.
Albert Moritz Wolff was a sculptor and medallion-designer, exhibiting from around 1890 to 1910, and was associated stylistically with the body of work by Lanceray and Gavrilov that illustrated the atmosphere of late 19th century Russia.

Condition: Very good, expected signes wear, nice patine.
