Georgy Satel (1917-2012), a lot composed of the original sketch of a famous Soviet oil on canvas painting titled "Kalinin at the Krasnoye Sormova Plant" and a postcard depicting the finished painting. The sketch is signed "G.S." and dated 1955 upper left. Additionally titled and dated on the verso. Matted, housed in a gilded wooden frame.
Georgy Eduardovich Satel was a Russian Soviet painter and a recipient of the Stalin Prize.
