FROM ANTIQUITY TO THE 20TH CENTURY
Lot 1:
An Ancient Greek skyphos covered in black glaze. The vessel is comprised of a deep bowl, with two D-shaped hadles applied to each side. The bowl sits on a waisted foot with a carinated rim. To the underside, a single black ring within the bowls natural reddish hue decorate the base.

H: 1 1/4 in., (4.5 cm.); L:6 3/4 in., (17.2 cm.)
Condition: Very good overall. Small chip on the rim. Subtle signs of age and wear throughout. See photos for reference.
