A hinged and lidded repousse silver wedding box decorated with hand-hammered and engraved flowers and foliage on a spiraling background. The lid is surmounted by a sculptural decoration in the shape of a bird with spread wings. Oval handles. Key lock (key missing and lock out of order).
Ottoman work, late 19th century.
