Oil on canvas painting "Fantasy" by Viktor Kazarine (Russian, born in 1948). The abstract style painting depicts a human figure flying in streams of colored rays.
The painting is signed and dated on the right side: "98 KB." Also, there is a handwritten signature in Russian on the reverse of the wooden frame: Kazarine "Fantasy."
23 1/2 x 35 1/2 in. (59.5 x 89.5 cm.)

Condition: Very good, no signs of restoration.
