A Baltic Fleet Diploma issued to Nikolai Rybaltovsky, a member of the soccer team of the Baltic Fleet, who in 1923 won the passing cup named after the “Political Department of Revvoensovbalta” from the team of the Red Army units of the L.V.O. Design by artist V.S. Pleshakov.
Footnote: Vladimir Sergeevich Pleshakov (1891-1942) was a Soviet Russian painter, graphic artist, theater artist and teacher, member of the Leningrad Regional Union of Soviet Artists, and representative of the Leningrad school of painting.
