A rare Polish award citation for the Order of the Silver Medal for Merit in the Field of Glory. Issued in 1946 to a Red Army partisan for his services in organizing the Headquarters of the Partisan movement in Poland. This item comes with the official translation, which is the separate award document with its personal number.

Condition: Very good. Slight yellowing due to age. Horizontal creases in the middle. Markings at the top left corner left from paperclip.
