Caucasian kindjal dagger with silver mounts, wooden grip scales secured by two rivets, and small almond-shaped trim. Strong, slightly curved, single-edged blade with fullers and maker’s mark at the forte. Leather-covered wooden scabbard with two engraved low-grade silver fittings.
Caucasus, 19th Century.
L: 24 1/2 in., (57 cm.)
Condition: Very good overall. Signs of wear due to age.
