The clip-point steel blade bears the maker’s mark "EVANS & Co/12 OLD FISH ST/LONDON" on the left ricasso. The guard has two quillons ending in spherical pommels. The handle is a shaped piece of stag-horn with silver fittings. The sheath is tooled leather with some scuffing and age.
