Lot 420:
A flintlock pistol from the Ottoman Empire with a smooth bore of 18 mm in diameter. The barrel is long and cylindrical with a group of engraved lines at the first third of the barrel as well as two stamped maker’s marks/proof marks near the breech. The stock is decorated throughout, including multiple carved portions as well as a silver insert at the backstrap and an engraved brass rear-plate.

Condition: Good action, expected signs of wear and age. Some parts are slightly loose, including the barrel separating from the front of the stock.
