#1 — A kindjal dagger. The hilt is wooden and the steel blade rests within a leather scabbard with brass mounts.

#2 — A Chinese coin-sword, a type of numismatic charm, used in Southern China to ward off evil spirits and malicious influences. This example has a bone crossguard and half of the coins on the blade have fallen off.

#3 — An E.M. Dickenson "The Invicta" Sheffield, England knife. Markers displayed on the ricasso.

#4 — A replica of a Chinese bronze sword from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty (5th-3rd Century). The blade has engravings of Chinese lettering and the crossguard bears decorative inlay.

#5 — A curved blade, possibly of North African origin. The blade has engravings along both sides following a star motif and rests in a sheath with brass sheets. The handle is made of 5 bone fragments.

#6 — A kindjal dagger. The hilt is wooden and the steel blade rests within a leather scabbard with brass mounts.

Longest L: 29 3/4 in., (75.5 cm.)

Condition: Wear is seen throughout all the blades and scabbards. Signs of restoration on the bone handle (5). Some coins disconnected from the blade (2). Brass sheet coming off in places (5).
