The lamp features a double gourd shape supported by a spreading circular foot and mounted on a gilt bronze base adorned with pierced-through patterns. The glass body is wonderfully worked throughout, featuring overlaid, etched, and carved decorations of green foliage above a greenish-pink ground. The final is adorned with spherical pink gemstones, and two light sockets have attached on/off pull chains adorned with green and pink gemstones.
19th-century.
Dimensions: H: 28 in., (78.1 cm.)
Condition: Chain switches seem to function. Electrical function not tested. Nice patina throughout.
