A fine porcelain cup and saucer produced by the Popov Porcelain Factory, which was active in Russia during the 19th century. The Popov factory was one of the most famous private porcelain manufacturers in Russia, known for its high-quality craftsmanship and exquisite designs.

This pair features delicate hand-painted neoclassical designs with gilded accents. The porcelain itself is very fine, with the cup and saucer sets reflecting the elegance and opulence associated with Russian aristocracy during that period.
